- 1. Check time and time zone: Ensure the thermostat clock and time zone are correct, either manually or via cloud sync.
- 2. Review optimisation settings: In the settings, disable 'Optimum start' or 'Eco/Smart start' if you want heating to start exactly at the programmed time.
- 3. Check for overlapping schedules: Ensure there are no conflicting programs for the same zone.
- 4. Sync via app: Force a sync from the Ideal app after editing schedules.
