Possible Causes
Faulty internal Wi‑Fi module, Corrupted network settings, Weak or unstable router signal, Incompatible Wi‑Fi security settings
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No high-voltage work is required, but avoid opening sealed electronic modules if you are not qualified.
- Step 1 – Restart devices: Reboot the thermostat (power off/on) and restart your Wi‑Fi router. Wait 5 minutes and check if E07 clears.
- Step 2 – Check signal strength: Ensure the thermostat is within good range of the router (ideally within 5–10 m with minimal walls). If signal is weak, move the router or add a Wi‑Fi extender.
- Step 3 – Verify Wi‑Fi settings: Immergas smart thermostats typically support 2.4 GHz networks with WPA2 security. Ensure the SSID is visible, not 5 GHz only, and that the password is correct.
- Step 4 – Forget and re-add network: In the thermostat menu, delete the saved Wi‑Fi network and reconfigure it from scratch using the correct credentials.
- Step 5 – App re-pairing: Remove the thermostat from the Immergas app, then follow the pairing procedure again (QR code or manual code entry).
- Step 6 – Hardware fault: If E07 persists on multiple known-good networks, the Wi‑Fi module on the thermostat PCB may be defective and the thermostat should be replaced.
