Possible Causes

Wear on mechanical buttons, Dirt or grease on touch surface, Partial failure of touch sensor grid, Loose front panel

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Disconnect power before removing the front cover.

  • Step 1 – Clean surface: Wipe the front panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth (water only). Dry thoroughly.
  • Step 2 – Check mounting: Ensure the thermostat is firmly clipped onto its base and not flexing when pressed.
  • Step 3 – Test via app: If available, use the Immergas app to change settings instead of the faulty keys as a temporary workaround.
  • Step 4 – Replace unit: If specific keys or touch zones remain unresponsive, the front panel or keypad is worn and the thermostat should be replaced.
