How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No electrical work required.
- Step 1 – Check clock: Verify the thermostat date, time, and day of week are correct. Enable automatic time sync if available.
- Step 2 – Review schedule: Go through each day’s program and ensure time slots do not overlap and are set to the desired temperatures.
- Step 3 – Cancel overrides: Clear any manual overrides or "holiday" modes that may be forcing a constant temperature.
- Step 4 – Sync with app: If using the Immergas app, ensure the schedule in the app matches the thermostat and that only one source is controlling the schedule.
- Step 5 – Factory reset schedule: Reset to default schedule and reprogram from scratch if behavior remains erratic.
