How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Replace batteries only with the recommended type and orientation.
- Step 1 – Replace batteries: Install new batteries in the affected wireless valve or sensor.
- Step 2 – Move closer: Temporarily move the accessory closer to the thermostat or gateway to test range.
- Step 3 – Re-pair accessory: Follow the Immergas pairing procedure to re-add the accessory to the thermostat network.
- Step 4 – Avoid obstacles: Keep large metal objects and thick walls out of the direct path between thermostat and accessory where possible.
