How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No electrical work is required.
- Check app permissions: On your phone, ensure the Lux app has permission to access location services and is allowed to run in the background.
- Verify time zone: On the thermostat, confirm the correct time zone and daylight saving settings.
- Sign out/in: Sign out of the Lux app, then sign back in to refresh account tokens.
- Re-link account: If using third-party integrations (e.g., voice assistants), unlink and re-link the Lux account.
- Contact Lux support: If E19 persists, there may be an account or server-side issue requiring Lux intervention.
