How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No electrical work is required.
- Check schedule mode: On the thermostat, ensure scheduling is enabled and not in HOLD or MANUAL mode.
- Review app users: Confirm that other household members are not overriding schedules via the Lux app.
- Reset schedule: Clear all schedules and reprogram from scratch, either on the thermostat or via the app.
- Firmware update: Use the Lux app to check for and install any firmware updates that may address scheduling issues.
