Possible Causes

Out-of-range Meross TRV or remote sensor, Radio interference from nearby devices, Failed internal radio transceiver on thermostat

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: No mains work required unless relocating the thermostat.

Steps:

  • Check distance and obstacles: Move the remote sensor or TRV closer to the thermostat and remove obstacles like thick walls or metal cabinets.
  • Replace batteries: For battery-powered accessories, install fresh batteries and re-pair them in the Meross app.
  • Re-pair devices: Delete the accessory from the app, reset it according to its manual, and pair it again with the thermostat.
  • Reduce interference: Keep the thermostat and accessories away from strong RF sources (Wi‑Fi routers, microwaves) if possible.

Outcome: If E15 persists with multiple accessories at close range, the thermostat's radio transceiver may be defective and the unit should be replaced.
