Meross
TRV Coordination / Binding Fault
Thermostat cannot control paired Meross smart radiator valves (TRVs); valves do not open or close as expected.

Possible Causes
TRVs not correctly bound to thermostat zone, Low battery in TRVs, Radio interference or range issues between thermostat and TRVs
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No mains work; TRVs are typically low-voltage/battery devices.
Steps:
- Check TRV status: In the Meross app, verify that each TRV is online and shows normal battery level.
- Re-bind TRVs: Remove TRVs from the thermostat's zone, reset them, and add them again following Meross instructions.
- Improve signal: Reduce distance and obstacles between thermostat and TRVs, or reposition the thermostat for better coverage.
- Test direct control: Try controlling TRVs directly from the app to confirm they respond independently of the thermostat.
Outcome: If TRVs work from the app but not via thermostat schedules, the thermostat's zone control logic may be faulty; firmware update or replacement may be needed.
