• Power cycle: Turn off the breaker for 1–2 minutes, then restore power and observe if the temperature reading updates.
• Switch sensor source: If using an external floor sensor, temporarily switch to internal room sensor mode in settings to see if readings change.
• Check external sensor wiring: Inspect and reseat the floor sensor wires at the thermostat terminals.
• Firmware update: Update via the Meross app to correct any known sensor reading issues.

Resolution: If the reading remains frozen despite resets and correct wiring, the sensor circuit or microcontroller is faulty; replace the thermostat or sensor as appropriate.
