How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No mains work required.
Steps:
- Check app settings: Open the Meross app, select the thermostat, and verify the time zone and region settings. Correct them if necessary.
- Ensure online status: Confirm the thermostat is online (no offline indicator). Fix Wi‑Fi issues if needed so it can sync time.
- Disable/enable schedules: Toggle schedules off and back on after correcting time to force a refresh.
Outcome: If time still drifts significantly while online, the RTC hardware may be faulty (see E13 scenario) and the thermostat may need replacement.
