Possible Causes
Loss of connection to Mysa cloud time server, Internal real-time clock (RTC) failure, Corrupted timekeeping configuration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No high-voltage work is required.
Steps to try:
- Check Wi‑Fi and cloud status: Ensure the thermostat is online in the Mysa app and that other cloud features (remote control) work.
- Manually set time: If supported, set the time and date manually on the thermostat or in the app and see if it holds after a power cycle.
- Sign out/in of app: Log out of the Mysa app, then log back in to force a resync.
- Factory reset: As a last resort, perform a factory reset and reconfigure the thermostat.
If E14 persists and the time drifts significantly even with a stable network, the internal RTC or its backup circuitry may be defective. Replace the thermostat.
