Steps to troubleshoot:
- Check device status: In the Mysa app, see if the thermostat shows as online. If offline, resolve Wi‑Fi issues first.
- Log out/in: Sign out of the Mysa app and sign back in to refresh tokens.
- Re-add device: Remove the thermostat from your Mysa account and add it again using the setup process.
If local control is fine but remote control never works even on a known-good network, the cloud communication stack on the thermostat may be faulty. Replace the thermostat.
