Possible Causes

Incorrect time zone or time setting, Loss of sync with Mysa cloud, Internal RTC drift

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: No high-voltage work is required.

Steps to correct:

  • Verify time and time zone: In the Mysa app, confirm the thermostat is set to the correct time zone and that the displayed time is accurate.
  • Sync with cloud: Ensure the thermostat is online; toggle Wi‑Fi off and on in the app to force a sync.
  • Recreate schedules: Delete existing schedules and create new ones, then confirm they are assigned to the correct days and modes.

If schedules continue to drift or misfire despite correct time and connectivity, the internal timekeeping may be unreliable. Replacement may be required.
