Possible Causes
Corrupted firmware image, Failing flash memory, Overheating of Relay electronics, Power supply instability at outlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not open the Relay housing; there are mains‑voltage components inside.
- Check power source: Plug the Relay into a stable wall outlet, avoiding loose power strips or adapters. If wired, ensure the boiler power supply is stable.
- Ventilation: Ensure the Relay is not enclosed in a hot, unventilated space. Provide airflow around it.
- Reboot and reset: Unplug the Relay for 1 minute, then plug it back in. If errors persist, perform a factory reset via the app (note: you will need to reconfigure the system).
- Update firmware: Ensure the Relay is running the latest firmware by checking in the app and applying any pending updates.
If internal errors continue after reset and firmware update, the Relay hardware is likely failing and should be replaced.
