Safety: No internal access is required; do not open the Relay.
- Complete setup: Open the Netatmo Energy app and follow the installation wizard to finish pairing the Relay with Wi‑Fi and the thermostat.
- Power‑cycle: Unplug the Relay for 30 seconds, plug it back in, and wait up to 5 minutes to see if the LED stabilizes.
- Factory reset (if available): Use the app or the physical button sequence (refer to Netatmo documentation) to reset the Relay and re‑install it from scratch.
- Check RF distance: Place the thermostat close to the Relay during pairing to ensure a strong signal.
If the LED never stabilizes after reset and proper setup, the Relay firmware or hardware may be defective; replacement is recommended.
