• Free the pin: Remove the Smart Radiator Valve and manually move the radiator pin in and out until it springs freely.
• Verify adapter: Ensure the correct adapter is used for your radiator type and that it is firmly attached.
• Re‑calibrate valve: Re‑install the valve and run calibration from the app. Then set a high temperature and check if the radiator warms up after 15–30 minutes.

If the radiator remains cold while others heat normally and the pin moves freely, the Smart Radiator Valve is likely defective and should be replaced.
