Possible Causes
Interrupted internet connection during update, Power loss during firmware flashing, Insufficient internal memory, Corrupted firmware image downloaded from cloud
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not remove power during any subsequent update attempts.
- Stabilize network: Ensure the Wi‑Fi signal is strong and the internet connection is stable before retrying.
- Reboot thermostat: Restart the Ngenic thermostat from the menu and allow it to reconnect to the cloud.
- Retry update: From the app or thermostat, manually trigger a firmware update and wait until it completes. Do not press buttons or remove power during the process.
- Check storage (if available): If the interface shows storage usage, clear logs or unnecessary data before retrying.
If E10 persists and the thermostat cannot complete an update, the internal flash memory may be damaged. Contact Ngenic support; the thermostat may require replacement.
