Safety: Radiators may be hot; use caution.

Check mounting and adapter: Remove and reinstall the Ngenic valve actuator using the correct adapter ring for your valve type.
Free valve pin: With actuator removed, press the radiator valve pin in and out until it moves smoothly.
Run calibration: Use the Ngenic app to run a calibration cycle so the actuator learns the correct travel.
Listen after calibration: Occasional soft clicks are normal; loud grinding suggests internal damage.

Persistent loud noise indicates worn gears; replace the Ngenic smart radiator valve actuator.
