Possible Causes
Unpaired or offline Ngenic radiator valve in that zone, Incorrect room/zone assignment in app, Valve battery depleted, RF interference localized to that room
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Radiators may be hot; use caution.
- Check device list: In the Ngenic app, verify that the radiator valve in the affected room is online and assigned to the correct room/zone.
- Replace batteries: Install fresh batteries in the valve actuator.
- Re-pair valve: Remove the valve from the app and add it again, then assign it to the correct room.
- Improve RF path: Move metal objects away from the valve and, if possible, reposition the Ngenic control module or add a repeater if supported.
If the same valve repeatedly drops offline while others are stable, replace that Ngenic smart radiator valve actuator.
