How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No electrical work is required.
- Step 1 – Check current mode:
- Ensure thermostat is not in Manual or Hold mode.
- Switch to Auto or Program mode.
- Step 2 – Verify date and time:
- Set correct day of week and time so schedule periods align properly.
- Step 3 – Review schedule:
- Check each time period for each day to ensure different setpoints are programmed.
- Step 4 – Reset schedule:
- Use Reset Schedule to restore factory program and adjust as needed.
- Step 5 – Firmware update:
- Update firmware if known scheduling issues are addressed.
