How to Fix / Troubleshooting

  • Step 1 – Check current mode:
    • Ensure thermostat is not in Manual or Hold mode.
    • Switch to Auto or Program mode.
  • Step 2 – Verify date and time:
    • Set correct day of week and time so schedule periods align properly.
  • Step 3 – Review schedule:
    • Check each time period for each day to ensure different setpoints are programmed.
  • Step 4 – Reset schedule:
    • Use Reset Schedule to restore factory program and adjust as needed.
