How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: No electrical work required.

  • Enable location: On your smartphone, enable location services and allow the Saunier Duval app to access location "Always" or "While using" as required.
  • Check home address: In the app, verify that your home address or coordinates are correctly set.
  • Test mobile data: Ensure your phone has internet access when away from home so geofencing can work.

Once app permissions and settings are corrected, E7 should clear automatically.
