Thermostat cannot be paired with the Saunier Duval app (QR code or serial not accepted)

Safety: No electrical work required.

• Manual entry: If QR scanning fails, enter the serial number manually exactly as printed on the label.
• Check ownership: If the thermostat was previously installed in another property, ask the previous owner to remove it from their account or contact Saunier Duval support.
• Update app: Ensure you are using the latest version of the Saunier Duval app.

If registration still fails, provide Saunier Duval support with the serial number and error message for backend investigation.
