Thermostat loses all settings and pairing after a power cut

Safety: No mains work required.

• Complete setup: After reconfiguring, ensure you exit the installer menu properly so settings are saved.
• Firmware update: Update thermostat firmware via the app to the latest version.
• Avoid rapid cycling: Do not repeatedly switch power on and off; allow the thermostat to shut down and start up fully.

If settings are still lost after every outage, the internal memory is faulty and the thermostat should be replaced.
