Steps:

• On the thermostat menu, navigate to Network or Wi‑Fi settings and select Forget Network or Reset Network Settings.
• Reboot the thermostat by removing it from the wall for 30 seconds (if it has a battery backup, use the software reboot option) and then reattach it.
• Reconnect to your Wi‑Fi network, ensuring you use a 2.4 GHz band if the thermostat does not support 5 GHz. Confirm that the SSID and password are correct.
• Check your router settings: enable WPA2‑PSK (AES) security and disable enterprise authentication modes that the thermostat may not support.
• Move the Wi‑Fi access point closer or reduce interference (avoid metal enclosures, thick concrete walls, or large appliances between router and thermostat).
• If E07 persists and other devices connect fine, the internal Wi‑Fi module may have failed; replacement of the thermostat is typically required.
