Scheduling / Programming Fault
Thermostat schedules do not follow the programmed times or temperatures

Possible Causes
Conflicting schedules set in app and on device, Incorrect day or time settings, Overlapping away/eco modes, Firmware bug in schedule engine
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No electrical work is required.
Steps to fix scheduling issues:
- 1. Verify time and day: Ensure the thermostat's clock and day of week are correct.
- 2. Check app vs device: If both the Stelpro app and the thermostat allow schedule programming, clear schedules in one place and use only one method to avoid conflicts.
- 3. Review away/eco settings: Disable any permanent away or vacation modes that may override normal schedules.
- 4. Simplify schedule: Start with a simple schedule (e.g., two periods per day) and verify it works before adding more complexity.
- 5. Firmware update: Update the thermostat firmware to the latest version to fix known scheduling bugs.
- 6. Factory reset: As a last resort, reset the thermostat to factory defaults and reprogram schedules from scratch.
Note: Cloud synchronization delays can cause short-term mismatches between app and device; allow a few minutes after changes.
