How to Fix / Troubleshooting

  • Restart Internet Bridge: Unplug the USB power for 10 seconds and reconnect. Wait 5–10 minutes for it to reconnect to the cloud.
  • Router firewall/DNS: Ensure your router is not blocking outbound connections for the bridge. Disable overly strict firewall rules or parental controls for the bridge’s IP/MAC.
  • Use standard DNS: If using custom DNS that blocks some domains, temporarily switch to a standard DNS (e.g., your ISP’s or a public DNS) and reboot the router.
  • Wait for cloud recovery: If Tado’s status page or support indicates a service outage, wait until service is restored; E10 should clear automatically.
