How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Check schedule: In the Tado app, ensure the hot water schedule is enabled and set to ON during the times you expect hot water.
- Verify cylinder thermostat: Check that the cylinder thermostat is set to an appropriate temperature (e.g., 60°C) and has not tripped or failed.
- Inspect wiring: At the Extension Kit or wiring center, confirm that the hot water ON terminal is correctly wired to the boiler or hot water zone valve.
- Test manual override: If your wiring center has a manual hot water switch, test if the boiler and cylinder respond. If not, the issue may be with the valve or boiler, not Tado.
