Check wired power: For wired thermostats, verify that the low-voltage power wires are secure and that there are no intermittent connections.
Update firmware: Ensure the Internet Bridge is online so that firmware updates can be delivered to the thermostat.
Monitor after reset: If reboots continue after these steps, the internal electronics may be faulty and the thermostat should be replaced.
