How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Steps:
- Disable holds: On the thermostat or in the Kasa app, cancel any manual hold or permanent hold so the schedule can run.
- Clear schedule: In the Kasa app, delete all existing schedule entries for the thermostat.
- Recreate schedule: Add new schedule entries ensuring there are no overlapping times and that each period has a clear start time and temperature.
- Sync check: Confirm the thermostat is online in the Kasa app (no Wi‑Fi errors). Wait a few minutes for the schedule to sync.
- Factory reset (if needed): If SCHED-01 persists, perform a factory reset and set up the device again, then re-enter the schedule.
