How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off power to the HVAC system before removing the thermostat.

  • Step 1 – Reboot: Remove the thermostat from the wall for 30–60 seconds, then reinstall. If the model has a reset button, press it according to the manual.
  • Step 2 – Check for physical damage: Inspect the screen for cracks or signs of impact. If damaged, the display assembly must be replaced.
