  • Gently press each button to ensure it moves freely and returns; if a button feels stuck, clean or replace the front panel.
  • After cleaning and reassembly, restore power and verify that Er2 is cleared.
  • If the error remains, the button matrix or touch IC on the front PCB is likely faulty; replace the front module or entire thermostat.
