- Check wiring from the thermostat cooling output (e.g., Y/NO/COM) to the AC contactor or air handler; correct any miswiring.
- Listen for a relay click when calling for cooling; if none, the cooling relay may be defective.
- If heating relay works but cooling relay does not, replace the thermostat or main PCB.
