Steps to troubleshoot:

• Test your internet speed and latency; resolve any ISP or router issues.
• Try controlling the thermostat while on the same local network; if local control is fast but remote is slow, the issue is cloud/internet-related.
• Update the thermostat firmware via the Tuya app if an update is available.
• Power-cycle the thermostat to reset internal communication between the Wi-Fi module and main MCU.
• If delays persist only for this thermostat while other Tuya devices respond normally, the internal communication bus may be faulty; replace the thermostat.
