How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: No electrical risk; this is a configuration issue.

  • Identify physical zones: Turn each thermostat up in turn and note which rooms heat up. Label each thermostat and receiver physically.
  • Rename in app: In the Vokera app, rename each thermostat/zone to match the actual room served.
  • Check pairing: If two thermostats appear swapped, unpair and re-pair them with the correct receivers following the installation guide.
  • Allow sync time: After changes, wait a few minutes for the app and cloud to synchronise.
