  • Test local control: Change the setpoint directly on the thermostat. If the boiler responds, local control is fine and the issue is cloud-related.
  • Update firmware: Check for and install any available firmware updates via the app.
  • Re-link account: Remove the thermostat from your Vokera app account and add it again, following the pairing process.
  • Router settings: Ensure your router is not blocking outbound or inbound connections required by the thermostat (consult Vokera documentation for ports if needed).
  • If still unresponsive: Factory reset the thermostat and reconfigure. If the problem persists, contact Vokera support.
