Possible Causes

Summer mode disabled in settings, Frost protection temperature set too high, External temperature sensor not installed or misread, User schedules still calling for heat

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: No special hazards.

Enable summer mode: In the thermostat menu, activate summer or heating OFF mode if available.
Adjust frost protection: Set frost protection to a low value (e.g., 5–8°C) so it does not trigger in normal summer temperatures.
Review schedules: Delete or disable heating schedules during summer months.
External sensor: If using an outdoor sensor, ensure it is correctly installed and not in direct sun, which can confuse seasonal logic.
