Possible Causes

Corrupted schedule data in thermostat or Heat HubR, RTC drift or failure, Firmware bug affecting timekeeping, Loss of sync with internet time server

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: No mains work required.

  • Check internet connection: Ensure the Wiser Heat HubR is connected to your router and has internet access so it can sync time.
  • Resync time: In the Wiser app, toggle off and on any setting that forces a time sync (e.g. change time zone then change back) or simply reboot the Heat HubR by isolating power for 30 seconds.
  • Clear and recreate schedules: Delete the affected room's schedule in the app and recreate it from scratch.
  • Firmware update: Check for and apply any available firmware updates via the app.

If E11 persists and schedules still misbehave, the internal RTC or memory may be faulty. Replacement of the Heat HubR or thermostat (depending on where schedules are stored) may be required.
