Possible Causes

Thermostat not properly joined to Zigbee network, Network table full on Heat HubR, Interference during join process, Thermostat Zigbee radio fault

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: No mains work required.

  • Remove and re-add device: In the Wiser app, remove the thermostat, then use Add Device to rejoin it to the system.
  • Move closer to Heat HubR: Perform the pairing process within a few metres of the Heat HubR to ensure strong signal.
  • Check maximum device limit: Verify that you have not exceeded the maximum number of devices supported by your Wiser Heat HubR.
  • Use a Smart Plug repeater: If the thermostat is far away, add a Wiser Smart Plug between it and the Heat HubR to improve mesh coverage.

If E14 persists even at close range, the thermostat's Zigbee radio may be faulty and the thermostat should be replaced.
