How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No mains work required.
- Battery reset: Remove batteries for 1–2 minutes, then reinstall.

If E19 recurs after a factory reset, the thermostat likely has an internal hardware or firmware defect. Replace the thermostat.
