Possible Causes

Router or network offline, Ethernet cable unplugged or damaged, Incorrect router port configuration, Heat HubR network interface fault

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Network troubleshooting does not normally involve mains wiring, but if you move the Heat HubR, isolate power first.

  • Check router and internet: Confirm other devices can access the internet. Restart the router if necessary.
  • Inspect Ethernet cable: Ensure the cable between the Heat HubR and router is firmly plugged in and not damaged. Try a known-good cable and a different router port.
  • Reboot Heat HubR: Isolate power for 30 seconds, then restore. Wait a few minutes for it to reconnect.
  • Check app status: In the Wiser app, verify that the system shows as online after reboot.

If H03 persists and other devices work on the same router, the Heat HubR network interface may be faulty and the unit may need replacement.
