How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Isolate mains power before removing the Heat HubR cover.
- Reboot Heat HubR: Power-cycle the Heat HubR and wait for it to fully restart.
- Reduce interference: Move Wi‑Fi routers and other 2.4 GHz devices away from the Heat HubR if possible.
- Check device count: Ensure you have not exceeded the maximum number of Zigbee devices supported by your Wiser system.
- Firmware update: Use the Wiser app to check for and apply firmware updates to the Heat HubR.
