Possible Causes
Corrupted configuration data, Incorrect zone assignments in app, Firmware bug in zone handling, Factory reset incomplete
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No internal mains work required for configuration changes.
- Review zone setup: In the Wiser app, check that each room thermostat and TRV is assigned to the correct room and heating channel.
- Clear and recreate configuration: If H06 persists, consider removing affected rooms and devices from the app and re-adding them.
- Factory reset Heat HubR (last resort): After backing up or noting your schedules, perform a factory reset of the Heat HubR following Drayton's instructions, then set up the system again from scratch.
If H06 continues after a full reconfiguration, the Heat HubR memory may be faulty and replacement is recommended.
