How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Isolate mains power before inspecting wiring. Boiler circuits should be checked by a qualified heating engineer.

  • Check boiler status: Verify on the boiler display whether it is in lockout or fault mode. Reset the boiler if necessary following the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Inspect wiring: With power off, confirm that the Heat HubR's boiler demand terminals are wired correctly to the boiler or wiring centre, and that any interlocks (e.g. cylinder thermostat, motorised valve end switches) are correctly connected.
  • Bypass test (engineer only): A heating engineer may temporarily link boiler demand terminals to confirm boiler operation independent of the Heat HubR.

If H07 persists and wiring and boiler are confirmed good, the Heat HubR may be misinterpreting safety inputs or have a PCB fault. Replacement may be required.
