Possible Causes
TRV too far from Heat HubR or nearest repeater, RF interference, TRV Zigbee radio fault, Heat HubR Zigbee network issues
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No mains work required.
- Move repeater or add Smart Plug: Install a Wiser Smart Plug between the TRV and Heat HubR to extend Zigbee coverage.
- Battery reset: Remove and reinstall TRV batteries to reboot the device.
- Rejoin network: Remove the TRV from the Wiser app and re-add it as a new device.
If TRV04 persists even close to the Heat HubR, the TRV's RF module is likely faulty and the TRV should be replaced.
