Possible Causes

Incorrect schedule set in Wiser app, Wrong time zone or daylight saving setting, Schedule assigned to wrong room or device, Corrupted schedule data in Heat HubR

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: No mains work required.

  • Verify time and date: In the Wiser app, check that the system time, date, and time zone are correct.
  • Review schedules: For each room, open the schedule and confirm the desired setpoints and times are active (not set to OFF).
  • Test with simple schedule: Temporarily create a simple schedule (e.g. 21°C all day) to see if heating follows it.
  • Reboot Heat HubR: Power-cycle the Heat HubR to clear any temporary logic issues.

If schedules still do not run correctly, a firmware or memory fault in the Heat HubR may be present and replacement may be needed.
