Wiser Room Thermostat buttons do not respond or are very hard to press; app control still works.

Safety: Low voltage only; do not open the thermostat casing.

• Try multiple presses: Gently press each button several times to see if responsiveness improves.
• Use app as primary control: If app control works, you can continue to use the system while arranging thermostat replacement.

Non-responsive buttons are usually due to mechanical wear and are not user-repairable; replace the thermostat.
