During setup, thermostat shows 'RF Pairing Failed' or cannot complete binding with receiver.

Safety first: Ensure boiler power is on for pairing, but do not open the boiler casing.

• Reset pairing: On the receiver, press and hold the pairing/learn button until the LED flashes rapidly. On the thermostat, start the pairing process again from the installer menu.
• Reduce distance: Bring the thermostat within 1–2 m of the receiver during pairing.
• Eliminate interference: Temporarily switch off nearby RF devices (cordless phones, baby monitors) during pairing.
• Check compatibility: Confirm that the thermostat model is approved for use with your specific Worcester Bosch boiler and receiver model.
• If pairing still fails: Either the thermostat or receiver RF module may be defective and require replacement.
