Safety first: Turn OFF the generator and allow it to cool before opening the enclosure.

• Check clearances: Ensure the generator has the minimum side and top clearances specified by A-iPower for airflow.
• Clean vents: Remove leaves, dust, and debris from intake and exhaust louvers. Use a soft brush or low-pressure air.
• Inspect internal fans: If your model has an enclosure fan, verify that it spins freely and runs when the generator is operating. Replace if failed.
• Remove debris: Vacuum out dust and debris from around the engine and alternator.
