Possible Causes
Fuel tank level below sensor threshold, Faulty fuel level sender, Wiring fault between sender and controller, Incorrect level calibration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off automatic start and keep ignition sources away from fuel.
- Confirm actual fuel level: Use the mechanical gauge on the Aksa base tank or dip the tank (if safe and allowed). Refill if low.
- Inspect fuel level sender: Locate the level sender on the tank top. Check for loose mounting screws and damaged float arm.
- Check wiring: Follow the sender wires to the controller. Repair any cuts, abrasions, or loose terminals.
- Calibrate level input: In the controller configuration, verify the sender type (resistive/4–20 mA) and calibration points. Adjust if necessary (qualified personnel only).
- Replace sender if faulty: If resistance or current output does not change with fuel level, replace the sender with an Aksa‑compatible unit.
